Donald (Leo rising) doesn’t care about us. His hubris is harming our world. Bill Clinton (Leo) and George Bush (Leo rising) cared, but made personal and political choices ending as lessons in hubris that radically altered their histories and destinies. Donald is raising public consciousness by teaching us what not to do, how not to be, and how not to lose what we have, to value what we had. Hindsight needs to vote and win in 20/20. Who we choose now will influence how Uranus will transit Gemini in 2025 and behave for the following seven years.
Our only outer planet to transit Gemini in the 20th Century
was Uranus from 1942~1949. Social ideas and cultural paradigms shifted towards
education. The U.S. Supreme Court abolished religion in public schools. The GI
Bill enabled thousands of people to go to college. Radio and television dominated
media all over the world. The first computer calculation, ENIAC (Electronic
Numerical Integrator and Computer), was born at the University of Pennsylvania
in 1946. Columbia Records introduced the 33 1/3 rpm “long playing record”.
The United Nations held its first session in London. The Atomic Energy
Commission was created. The United States joined NATO (North Atlantic Treaty
Organization). People born 1942 ~ 1949 with Uranus in Gemini are mentally restless,
have nervous temperaments, and minds that grasp new ideas quickly. Unfortunately,
common sense is no longer good sense. What happened to healthy and sane?
ENIAC has come a long way since 1946. Internet is a transmutation of Hermes principle of mentalism. Hermes knew how to connect with anyone at any place and time and transmit his ideas and images without external hardware and software. do we recycle, reuse, and recreate cyber-toxins and poisonous dot-coms? Psychic
garbage is the birthplace of all physical garbage. Perhaps we should encourage
psychic abortions for hypocrites.
“Since I gave up hope, I feel much better”. Pundits joke, but having no hope is not a laughing matter. It doesn’t take a seer to see that the human race has become a race against bad shit happening. We’re primed and ready for a loss of hope and faith. Programmed to feel impotent, incompetent, and indifferent, we’re resigned to apathy and acceptance of the poisoning of the positive results of the hard lessons learned and resolutions made when Uranus last transited Taurus from 1935~1942.
The USA went off the gold standard. People focused on values and questioned materialism. President Roosevelt signed the Social Security Act. Labor organized, forming unions that went on strike and engaged in sit-downs across the nation. There was strength in solidarity. President Roosevelt defended the Four Essential Freedoms: Freedom of Speech, Freedom of Religion, Freedom from Want, and Freedom from Fear. What happened?
Uranus in Taurus stimulated aristocracy, autocracy, and plutocracy. Greed and anti-socialism were nourished and flourished. Uranus in Taurus brought us William Randolph Hurst and Orson Welles, two bulls, who bullied each other over the creation and release of the movie, ‘Citizen Kane’. Self-righteously determined, Welles smugly, immodestly, and arrogantly modeled the notorious media mogul Charles Foster Kane after Hearst. Despite his abundant natural charm, brilliant portrayal, ground breaking cinematography, and exceptional directing, Welles art was no match for Hearst’s wealth and capacity to influence courts and public opinion. Welles persisted in his righteous defiance of Hearst, while Hearst relentlessly tortured Welles with legalities and bludgeoned him with bad publicity until Welles could no longer afford to hang on to his principles, rise to his challenges, or control his self-indulgences. Like Kane, Welles longed for his lost innocence too late in life.
‘Less is more’ learned Midas as he yearned for a touch of gold, got it, and transformed his beloved daughter and their loving relationship into a cold hunk of metal. His food turned to gold as it touched his lips. One moral of Midas is having stability, security, and good health, meaningful work, satisfying relationships, happiness, and not needing more. Healthy people value what they have, nourish their relationships, choose higher purpose, and feel satisfaction and fulfillment without affluence. Having too much or too little of anything raises our awareness of what truly matters. Black and white, all and nothing, good and evil, love and hate, and rich and poor are opposites of equal value; identical in nature, but different by degree. An old billionaire dying of cancer will gladly trade his $$$ for youth and good health. A glamorous celebrity with a brain injured child will gratefully scrub public toilets at Grand Central Station to heal her child.
Can a ‘Stable Genius’ destabilize a nervous and fickle public with lies and manipulation? Our political, financial, and religious ideologies, philosophies, and paradigms are in danger! Will we see our Emperor for who he is or only dressed in the clothes he chooses us to see? The New York Stock Exchange and Federal Reserve are bulls. Uranus will enter Taurus two weeks from now for seven years.

2011, turbulently returning to Aries to crumble regimes, topple demagogues,

Osama Bin Laden was killed. His demise appeared on Twitter before it was
officially announced by the Whitehouse. WikiLeaks raised our awareness of government
secrets, conspiracies, and everything we should never take for granted!
Irrational interpretations of our second amendment have been adopted
by extremist and fundamentalist ideologues. Armies of angry, confused, and
frustrated folk with semi-automatic weapons of mass destruction are only a
banana peel away from becoming nutcases with guns. The NRA, evangelicals, corrupt
politicians, and partisan politics have laid the groundwork for another Civil
War as Uranus leaves Aries. The Devil tempts and seduces his disciples to betray
our minds, hearts, mothers, fathers, sisters, brothers, and planet. Too many
emperors, beasts, and frogs are clothed in lies and alternative facts and must
be seen through a lens of good sense. Even a catastrophe may take many years and
many hard lessons before real change is implemented.
Uranus’s unpredictability, along with blood, guts, and gore of war are a scary combo. Neptune in Pisces and Pluto in Capricorn can be noble and highly spiritual or poisoned by passion, devoured by lust, and consumed by greed, hatred, fear, and terror. We must shift our broken philosophical and spiritual paradigms or be doomed to MPTSD (mass post-traumatic stress disorder). The “Big Bang” is a tale of neutrons, plastics recycling, supermarkets, laundromats, homogenized milk, Wonder Bread, Scotch Tape, and the Model T. Why has the human race become a race against bad shit happening? Must we always lose what we have to value what we had?

(1919–1928). Uranus, symbolic of
sudden change, completed its eighty-four year cycle and passed
through Pisces from 2003–2011. Pisces is ruled by Neptune, god of the seas,
eternally linked to our personal and collective unconscious. Uranus moved to Aries in December
2011 and begins its final journey
through Taurus in April of 2019. Stock markets and interest rates may fluctuate
when smart investors and psychologists realize that fake news is real news when
enough people believe it. I’ve illustratedhistorical similarities
and differences between 1919 and 2003 with documented facts and parodied
portraits of politicians, priests, and predators who continue to con us and get
away with it.

in Pisces spawned Neptune rising as four million steel workers and miners
walked off the job to protest ‘too many work hours’ and “inhumane pay”.

between workers at the top, middle, and the rest of us, affected overall
productivity, resulting in less wages and compensation for a typical worker. Real
wages and compensation continue to stagnate.
Four horrible conservative
Republican Presidents (Harding, Coolidge, Hoover, and George W Bush) held
office while Uranus was in Pisces. The 30th President
(born July 4), “Silent Cal” Coolidge said, “The business of America is
business”. He also told us, “Biological laws tell us that certain divergent
people will not mix or blend (Inferior Races of Asia).” Some things never
change. Government and business enjoyed their time in bed together. Illicit
affairs wielded temporarily absolute power over tightly woven webs of
political, social, and cultural fabric. Plutocrats seduced and betrayed
humanity for profit. Ironically, we call our dependence on corporations ‘Citizens
United’. The warning label should read: ‘Unhealthy for 99%’.
Mission accomplished?In 2003, Uranus entered Pisces again. George W Bush began his ‘War on Terror’ carelessly wrecking Iraqi culture and disabling
their energy infrastructure. Dick Cheney’s ex-employer, Halliburton, became a proud
sponsor and benefactor of the war. Energy sources (wars) were rewarded to
energy barons. Security for airports and seaports was carefully placed in the
hands of chosen special interest contractors. Public Health Care was sacrificed
on altars of pharmaceutical companies and health insurance czars. Social
Security flirted with an untimely demise in the Stock Market.
In 1929, loss of faith
in government and business infected humanity, and catalyzed the stock market crash!
A lesson of GW Bush is a warning of what not to do: out-of-control federal domestic
and military spending, government bailouts for financial and auto industries,
and unfunded nebulous federal mandates like educational reform that transformed
substantial surpluses into huge deficits. Democrats controlled both houses of
Congress until the end of Bush in 2009.
‘No Love’ is not
‘Tough Love’. One obligation and responsibility of wealth is truth and justice.
Having great wealth is truly valuing family, friends, everyone, and everything
else. The purpose of wealth is to be accountable, choosing a worthy cause and practically
and effectively sharing whatever resources it takes to make a real difference.
Uranus in Pisces transformed traditional patterns of thrift and
austerity into neo-consumerism and buying on credit. Two out of three Americans
had electricity, refrigerators, and washing machines. Spending on recreation
tripled. Henry Ford created new colors, green and maroon, as well as black.
Mass tastes energized mass markets for Rice Krispies, Lender’s Bagels, Mounds
Bars, Betty Crocker, and Peter Pan Peanut Butter, and many others.
Credit and consumerism created the illusion of an easy
convenient life. Uranus in Pisces inspired movie audiences to out attend church
audiences. Movie houses, chain stores, and radio advertising proliferated. ‘Modern
Romance’ magazine challenged moral codes. Critics believed consumerism was
driving Americans into a soulless existence of materiality and conformity.
Writer Sinclair Lewis highlighted humanity’s illusions and delusions, blaming
mass production and consumption for “having created a bloodless, loveless, and
standardized world”, a very scary reality.
Which religions are
practicing what they are preaching? Are emigrants and immigrants equal? Evidently,
God commanded the KKK with over 40,000 hooded members to march on Washington DC
in 1925. The resurgence targeted
African Americans, blacks, immigrants, Catholics, and Jews. New immigration
laws reduced a stream of immigrants to a trickle while congress decided to hinder
the flow of immigrants based on quotas of 150,000 new immigrants yearly. Sound
Uranus in Pisces catalyzed a clash between science and religion.
Design and Creationism ignored
modern science. Tennessee legislators voted it unlawful for any teacher in a
state supported school, “to teach any theory that denies the story of man’s
creation as taught in the bible”. Man descending from apes was unacceptable. John
Scopes, high school biology teacher, taught ‘theory of evolution’. Scopes lost
in the infamous “Scopes Monkey Trial”.
Religious culture manipulated school curriculum to cleanse obscenity, promote censorship, and discriminate against race and sexuality in literature and theater. No child was left behind. The German Bauhaus School of Architecture’s ‘less is more’ design philosophy influenced architecture and product design on a global scale. How many yachts do our savior oppressors need?
I was an industrial
designer in 1969. At that time, ‘Intelligent Design’ was saving materials and
money for manufacturers. Waste was not a problem, except for clean-up and disposal
costs. Designers didn’t realize our planet was no bigger than our ability to
infect her with a fatal dose of humanity’s own disease. Ignorantly and
egoistically, I depleted, wasted, and polluted our natural resources. I
rationalized my actions by creating fashion and justified my decisions by
ignoring their consequences.
‘Intelligent design’ is not ‘smart design’. Smart designers
create useful products and services using sustainable resources, efficient
energy production, fewer pollutants, less waste, and finally reincarnating whatever
waste remains into beneficial and constructive materials and products that add
to humanity. The handwriting is on the wall. Humanity must shift a paradigm of
living lies, to seeing, understanding, accepting, and embracing truth. Hate must
be transformed by love and letting go of fear.
‘It’s not what you do, but what you can get away with that matters’. One clear lesson Donald Trump has taught us is common sense is not good sense. Losing our sanity doesn’t make any sense. We interpret fake news and decipher illegible and deceptive writing, while all news has become morally and spiritually bankrupted by leaders with perverse senses of truth. Emperors believe they know what’s best for us, weaving webs with warps of ‘no love’ and wefts of ‘tough love’. We joke of discrimination, greed, prejudice, hate, and hypocrisy of fools. It’s no joke. Being healthier, happier, more loving, and tolerant of ourselves, each other, and our planet is the only thing that makes good sense. We need leaders who can call on their courage, strength, wisdom, and grace to love us and do what’s best for all of us!

164 years passed as Neptune transited Pisces from April
4, 2011 ~ April 1, 2025. It’s hard to foretell Neptune’s nebulosity
because the lines between vision, illusion, and delusion blur. Pisces embodies endings
of ages that begin new ages with spiritual enlightenment. The dusk of denial is
the dawn of truth. Bad behavior is pandemic. Attitudes haven’t changed much. Must
we die to be reborn? Why can’t we appreciate what we have when we lose what we
value? History repeats its desperate and disparate need to teach and learn in the
hardest ways possible. Has Neptune in Pisces catalyzed Spiritual Cancer?
Pluto entered Capricorn in 2008. Uranus entered Aries in 2011. Pluto and Uranus combine to suddenly and unexpectedly transform character, energy, values, communications, business, transportation, health care, relationships, creativity, philosophy, politics, purpose, religion, spirituality, and our destiny. Greed is driven by Wealth, Power, and the Illusion of Self Importance. Huge footprints don’t mean huge hearts. The pathology of power fosters the denial of truth. Feeling futility catalyzes the delusion and disillusion of the will of 99%. Fear, hopelessness, and apathy are poisoning the Kool-Aid and too many of us are guzzling it.
Nonsense trumps good sense. Money trumps values. Religion trumps spirituality. Climate denial trumps science. Health insurance companies trump healthcare. Humanity is trumped by HMO’s, pharmaceuticals, and hospitals that prioritize profits over people. Prisons are privatized and trumped by profiteers, packed with prisoners (mostly black), proffered by plutocrats, and promoted by politicians who create laws that promote their own enforcement and profitability of prison populations. Prison hatcheries spawn fundamentalist and fanatical behaviors and frantic followers.
Vampires don’t love us. They suck our blood. Wars are fought by
have nots, who surrender their vital essences to Plutocrats, who squander them in
luxury and leftovers. Why do we choose harmers over farmers? Do we really need
fear, hate, and terror? Who are the real vermin and what should we do about
‘LOCK THEM UP’
Haves who are lucky enough to have earned what they have, and know how lucky they are, have great moral, ethical, and spiritual obligations and responsibilities to themselves and others. What are our ethical, moral and spiritual responsibilities and obligations? As we help ourselves, we must help others. How can we protect our planet and still have what we need? How can we be more mentally and emotionally stable? How can we renew our topsoil, clean our water and air, and employ renewable energy sources. We can send electric cars into space, but can we transform travel, bridges, tunnels, and not build more walls? Conceive the inconceivable. Healthy intent and free will makes a huge difference. Where is love?
Look and See. Listen and Hear. Touch and feel. Think and know.

Psyche shifts paradigms as Uranus, Neptune, and Pluto change sign. Uranus takes
seven years to change sign and eighty-four years to orbit our sun through all twelve
signs. Uranus returned to Aquarius twice in the 20th Century.
1912 to 1919 marked a time of sudden and unexpected political and social
upheaval that challenged our spiritual ideologies, faith in humanity, and trust
in ourselves. Uranus passed from Capricorn to Aquarius in 1996. Had humanity
chosen love and brotherhood over selfishness, convenience, and fashion, we’d be
building bridges instead of walls!
1912 ~ The “Unsinkable Titanic” sunk on its maiden voyage, a karmic
lesson in hubris.
1913 ~ Tornadoes and floods devastated Middle America, killing
3,000 people and costing over $100,000,000… a very expensive lesson in preparedness.
1914 ~ World War I began. Fear, hatred, and terror levied a
heavy toll on humanity.
1915 ~ A German submarine torpedoed the British ocean liner, Lusitania.
Alexander Graham Bell catalyzed mass communications when the first
transcontinental phone call was made on Jan 25th, 1915. A powerful concept’s
time had arrived.
Note: In Greek Mythology, the true father of the Cell Phone was Hermes, a real man and mystic teacher of Abraham. Hermes believed everything is made up of cells. Our brain is the hardware. Our job is to connect with other cells and fine tune our links.

1917 ~ USA declared war on Germany. Hitler’s enemies became our allies.
Bigotry was bountiful. The worst race riot in American history
happened in Illinois.
Congress amended laws that prohibited beer, wine, and liquor from
1918 ~ Daylight Savings Time began. Spanish Flu became the worst
pandemic since the Bubonic Plague wiped out one quarter of Europe’s population
in the 14th century.
1919 ~ Prohibition was ratified as the 18th amendment to our constitution.
Winners lose and losers win. Congress failed to ratify the Treaty
of Versailles. President Wilson disagreed. He went on public tour to fight the
decision and eventually died trying.
Male vanity and
virility was popularized when Pfizer introduced Viagra. The stock market
created a new form of temptation called “internet day trading”. DVDs became the
fastest growing consumer electronics product in history. Bribes and drugs
tarnished the Olympic Games. Our innocence and civil liberties were transformed
by dissolving our ideas and delusions of private and social security and
stability. What we think and how we feel about our past, present, and future is
all that really matters.
Body piercing and tattoos became even more popular. President Clinton’s first political act of 1996 was to sign a

A spiritually bankrupt society worships idols from amateur hours
and applauds scripted survivors. Masses of meek minds are mesmerized by
meaningless media. Captivated by TV courtroom melodramas, we become critical
and judgmental of the pettiest of behaviors. Cunning narcissists, warped
exhibitionists, and pious perverts perjuriously present their sleaziest selves
to a desperate and depraved public. A culture of winners and losers has become
a world of haves and have-nots… with less than ever.
This tiny speck in
time and space we call our planet and collective psyches are immune deficient.
We preach love and sympathy and practice hate and fear. Appallingly apparent

Must we lose everything we value to appreciate what we have?
We need to wake up and whiff the weirdness. There’s a huge difference between common sense and good sense. Why are we consuming massive amounts of highly toxic chemicals every day in our wars with insects, rodents, weeds, dirt, stains, odors, germs, bacteria, viruses and other invisible enemies? We’re marinating in chemicals that heat and cool us; power our transportation; provide us with products; color, flavor, and preserve our foods; compel us to communicate on a grand scale, and impel us to fight senseless energy wars. Evil acts are symptoms, not causes. Wealth and power are
conjoined twins. As we examine our thoughts objectively, we know that action
comes from thinking. Why do so many people secretly believe they’re better than
others? Why harm people and cultures we can be helping? Why do so few have so
much? What’s their responsibility for the rest of us?
Bullshit trickles down. Money and resources must freely flow to
feed and nourish all of humanity. Those who are lucky enough to ‘have’ must let
go of their hubris and fear and give generously and freely to causes that are
important and helpful to all of humanity. Our government is here to help us,

Lairs of corporate foxes tended the hen houses while packs of political wolves herded the sheep.

We need fuel efficient, non-polluting, practical, and economical transportation or we’ll drive ourselves to extinction.
We can go wherever and whenever we choose in the comfort and safety of our cars. The hidden costs are usurious and insidious as we guzzle gas, fight oil wars, and deplete our Mother Earth’s finite natural resources. We pollute her body, circulatory, and respiratory systems. Carbon dioxide and monoxide hover everywhere by degree. Toxic smoke and smog poison our arteries, stick to the walls of our veins, and coagulate like cholesterol on the way to a coronary. Varicose veins link bloated arteries that feed festering sores we call cities. We must shift our false paradigms and steer ourselves from death and destruction toward a more hopeful and helpful future of clear intent and healthy actions.

Small anomalies in the morphology and topography of hands embody huge changes in a life. I can instantly know what a person needs to hear in the moment because I know how to look and can choose what to say. When I’m holding a person’s hands in mine and looking into their eyes, I try to be as frank, direct, and compassionate as possible. Reading many people has taught me that it’s not what you see, but what you say and how you say it that matters in the final analysis. No one escapes human frailty no matter how famous, wealthy, or what they say.

You don’t need a Scorpio Sun, Moon, houses, aspects, planets, or planetary placements to be a Scorpio. Scorpio is a fixed feeling type with long rectangular palms and long fingers. In my experience, Scorpios have stiffer fingers and thumbs, denser consistency to their palms, and less elastic skin than their feeling sisters, Cancer and Pisces. Head and life lines closely intertwining at their beginnings embodies a tendency to procrastinate at starts and finishes. ‘Letting go’ is a huge challenge. Scorpios care too much what other people think (no matter how they protest or behave). Long and broad nails and straight pinky fingers can be heartlessly open and frank. I’ve observed many Scorpios with dominant first and third finger phalanges, rounded and conical tips, loop prints, developed knots on second joints, and few vertical lines within the lifeline. Balls of thumb with no vertical lines parallel to the lifeline are untrusting and correspondingly untrustworthy. Scorpio has many wonderful qualities. Today I’m focusing on Scorpions. The tail of the Scorpion is a tale of fear and terror.
Pluto was the Roman god of sex, transformation, and death, ruler of Scorpio, lord of darkness, and master of the sexual orgasm (little death). In ancient Greece, Hades was god of the underworld. In tarot, the High Priestess, Queen of Cups, and Death cards rule Scorpio. Voldemort, Darth Vader, the Mummy, and the Big Bad Wolf are modern versions. Religious extremism, politics, and business are Pluto’s playgrounds. Getting away with prejudice and punishment excites, terrifies, and beckons Donaldemort’s Dementors. Scorpions are controlling, compulsive, jealous, possessive, fearful, resentful, obstinate, manipulative, subversive, secretive, and suspicious. They seduce, covet, and betray our sacred trust. The seduction turns Pluto on, but the betrayal gets Puto off. He encourages terrorists, rewards rapists, and reveres religious raiders while inviting them to join him in an eternity in hell. The path of too many dark secrets leads to the palace of sociopathy. From first breath to final exit, Pluto awaits with a kiss of death. Executioners, undertakers, coroners, morticians, garbage men, power hungry plutocrats, ideologically ill leaders, and spiritually bankrupt human beings live in Scorpio and are ruled by Pluto.
Scorpions make manipulative bosses, mean spirited jailers, abusive parents, and jealous partners who hide their true feelings, especially the shadowy unstable side of their emotions. Your friendly neighbor, a model citizen, devoted husband, loving father, loyal friend, and faithful parishioner dies. His family finds pornography, secret love letters, sadistic and masochistic sexual supplies, illegal drugs, and concealed money. Truth becomes transparent in hindsight.
False tweets and fake facts create opacity and distract US from the real secrets about greed, hatred, and sex. Tyrants rationalize the most bizarre behaviors, believing they can get away with them, and they do, if we let them. Their deepest darkest fears and desires propel them towards mental, emotional, moral, and spiritual illness, perversion, and bankruptcy. Evil Priests feign love and compassion as they physically and spiritually rape the innocent souls they were entrusted to protect. Fear, guilt, shame, and remorse safely guard their evil secrets.
“Money talks and bullshit walks”. I’m disappointed by both political parties. Republican partisan politicians have become morally and spiritually bankrupt sadists who get their greatest pleasures from harming have nots. Too many fearful Democrats and poverty minded masochists are desperately scraping at the bottom of the barrel and begging for pennies as we sign their petitions, fill out surveys, and pledge loyalty to too many urgent causes. Joanna and I sign many petitions and give as much as we can afford to worthy causes, but it’s like applying Band-Aids to compound fractures. Whatever we do is a just drop of potable water in an ocean of poison. No matter who wins in the November elections, expect more philandering, sexism, insider trading, evangelical hypocrisy, and partisan political power plays until Plutocrats no longer control humanity’s destiny. Humanity’s ideological, philosophical, and spiritual paradigms must shift.
Money is power. There are over 1,500 billionaires. Many are financing greed and hatred. Humanity needs a billionaire or three to back loving and giving. Our world, societies, and social cultures have been corrupted by a handful of greedy moguls who own our food, healthcare, energy, communications, transportation, raw materials, manufacturing, marketing, retailing, finance, religion, and politics. Plutocrats devalue our democracy by placing greed over giving, embracing religious fundamentalism and fanaticism over real and true faith, and by choosing consumption, waste, and denial over truth, good sense, and human and planetary good health.
“It’s all fun and games until someone gets hurt”. Many of life’s most painful lessons are a direct result of choosing money over values and religion over spirituality. It’s easy to rationalize the blackest behavior when your head rules your heart. I never intended to hurt anyone. No one did anything they didn’t want to do. I may not have told the whole truth, but I didn’t lie. I’m sorry for my part. Why must we always lose what we’ve not valued enough or taken for granted in order to cherish it?
